Where there is disagreement, the special terms (Parts B, C, or D) prevail over the general terms (Part A).

User Agreement

You accept these Terms & Conditions by accessing EasyPeasyLotto. If not, don't use our services.

Digital Platforms

Access to EasyPeasyLotto's website is made "as available" and may occasionally be interrupted. Links to third-party websites are outside our privacy policies.

Liability

Our liability is limited as described in these Terms & Conditions, except where the law otherwise requires.

Registration

Members must provide accurate information and verify age and identity. Inability to do so can lead to suspension of account.

One company account and one product account for personal use by each user. We track compliance.

Security

Deposits & Withdrawals

  • Deposits: Held in interest-free accounts subject to terms of turnover for withdrawal capacity.
  • Withdrawals: For authorized users only, credited to a registered bank account.

Account Deactivation & Suspension

  • Inactive Accounts: 18-month inactivity leads to deactivation.
  • Suspensions: Can be handed out on suspicion of rule infractions or fraud.

Fees

EasyPeasyLotto may charge legal fees or account handling fees where appropriate.

Part B: EasyPeasyLotto Corporate Terms

Corporate accounts facilitate the purchase of lottery, accept only AUD, and are covered under local laws.

Part C: Product Account Terms

Local lottery terms govern product accounts. Some members may have limits imposed on them.

Part D: EasyPeasyLotto Club Terms

Membership is rewarded with benefits such as Player Cards, sole draws, and sole offers. Claims to prizes must be validated.

Part E: Definitions and Interpretation

Terms such as "Account" and "Restricted Member" are defined in this section to provide consistent interpretation throughout all parts.
